Bynder

Until the end of 2019, iFixit was storing all of our visual assets in random folders on Google Drive. Nobody knew what they could access or even what assets we had—we needed a central storage system for everyone to use. We purchased Bynder, a brand asset management software.

I managed our implementation process, which included onboarding with the Bynder team, developing our organizational taxonomy, and going through 10 years of legacy assets to determine what we wanted to store in Bynder. Now, I continue to manage our assets and taxonomy, train new users in the US and EU, make sure everything is tagged correctly.

Payality Client Training Scripts

Payality runs payroll for convenience stores in California and Nevada. As my team started taking on on more stores, we changed our onboarding and training process to make it clearer and more streamlined. After we finalized the onboarding process, I developed training programs and call scripts for our agents to use as they assisted new clients.

The agents who made these calls were already well-versed in the systems and programs being taught to the clients, so the scripts were designed to be more of a guide for the agents to cover all the necessary information, rather than step-by-step instructions for them to repeat back to the client. They have been used to successfully train existing and new clients.
